    Job Description

    As a part-time Administrative Assistant, you will provide routine office support to our internal technical teams and external clients for our Des Moines office. You will respond to and route inquiries from internal and external sources with standard correspondence and documentation and organize information through various activities such as filing, making copies, and binding documents according to the firm’s standards.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assisting with front desk tasks such as answering and directing phone calls and mail preparation
    • Collecting, reviewing, and updating data to ensure accurate record keeping
    • Scheduling and coordinating meetings
    • Communicate and meet deadlines for timely completion of administrative tasks

    This is a part-time position (16-18 hours a week) working from 2:00 – 5:00 pm Monday thru Thursday and 8:00 am – 12:00 pm on Fridays.

    You bring to the team:

    • Individuals currently attending college and looking for a part-time role are encouraged to apply
    • 0-3 years’ experience in an administrative role preferred
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
    • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
    • Strong attention to detail and process-driven
