    Beyond IT Support is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong bookkeeping skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily operations through effective administrative tasks and accurate financial record-keeping.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Perform administrative duties including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing files.

    Maintain and update financial records, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation.

    Assist with budgeting and financial reporting as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

    Proficiency in bookkeeping and familiarity with accounting software.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Excellent Verbal and Written Communication

    Experience with Quick-books Online
