  • Responsibilities

    An Administrative/Bookkeeper Assistant provides support to the accounting department and office staff by performing a variety of clerical and bookkeeping tasks.

    Duties include (but are not limited to):

    • Assisting with data entry, filing, and record keeping
    • Processing invoices and payments.
    • Generating financial reports.
    • Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
    • Answering phones and greeting visitors.
    • Scheduling appointments and meetings.
    • Providing general administrative support to the team.

    Job Requirements:

    • 1 year of experience in similar position
    • Highschool Diploma or GED
    • Strong organizational & communication skills
    • Proficient with computer
    • Proficient in accounting software
    • Detail-oriented
    • Able to Multitask
    • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
    • Administrative/Office: 3 years (Required)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $22.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
