    Job Description

    The Administrative Clerk will assist with day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflows and providing support to various departments. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    Job: On site - Reno, NV

    Pay Range: $17.00 - $26.50 hourly

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
    • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings
    • Handle inquiries, both in-person and via email, and provide accurate information according to company policies
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
