The Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the school's operational systems and organization. The Coordinator works with the school leadership team to ensure that the school is run in an orderly and effective manner.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar position
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Duties and Essential Job Functions
Facilitate the planning and directing of school programs and activities in coordination with the administrative team and other vested parties
Implement school policies and procedures in accordance with licensing/accreditation guidelines
Assure day-to-day operations run efficiently including, but not limited to, staffing/scheduling, maintenance, and other operations
Track employee attendance Payroll, and benefits, assuring that staff is in compliance with monitoring agencies’ guidelines.
Monitor outside contractors—art and movement teachers, maintenance, etc.
Work with accountant to maintain school's financial activity.
Facilitate the enrollment process by responding to admissions inquiries; scheduling tours; coordinating different stages of overall application process; scheduling day visits; Maintain student records ensuring that student files meet licensing agencies guidelines
Ensure the timely implementation of all items on the school’s annual calendar
General office duties, including opening/sorting mail, filing, copying, etc*
Respond to inquiries and correspondence
