    Position Summary: The Administrative Coordinator – Retail Operations will play a vital role in supporting store operations, including hiring processes, employee training, compliance tasks, and store setup projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects to ensure smooth store operations. This position is based in Fullerton, CA.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist in coordinating the hiring process for store associates, including scheduling interviews and maintaining recruitment records.

    Support the development and implementation of store training programs, ensuring employees receive proper onboarding and process training.

    Maintain and update administrative records, contracts, and other operational documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.

    Assist with permit applications and tax-related procedures, ensuring store projects comply with relevant local and state regulations.

    Monitor store project progress and provide regular updates to management, including coordinating store renovation projects and overseeing the design and implementation of store signage and visual elements.

    Provide administrative support for daily store operations, including procurement of supplies and other operational needs.

    Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support business needs.

    Requirements:

    1-2 years of administrative or retail coordination experience, preferably in a fashion or retail environment.

    Strong organizational and project management skills.

    Experience in hiring support, employee training coordination, or retail operations is a plus.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

    Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred. .

    Work remote temporarily due to COVID-19.
