    Administrative Coordinator should be able to assist management, employees, and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

    Process Purchase Orders

    Book Installers and Manufactures

    Contact Landlords and City Officials

    Assist with Material Purchases

    Process Service Calls

    Process UL Labels

    Answer Phones

    Process Certificate of Insurance

    Assist Project Managers when needed (File, make job folders, request completion photos, schedule final inspection, make copies)

    Other tasks and projects as assigned.

    Skills:

    Extreme attention to detail and deadline oriented.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task efficiently.

    Solid follow-up aptitude.

    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, & Excel.

    Ability to type 45+wpm.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Maintaining files, typing, grammar, proof-reading, composing letters.

    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage independently heavy workload and urgent matters that arise.

    The candidate should be intelligent, creative, detail-oriented, a problem solver, extremely well organized, pleasant but appropriately assertive when necessary, and work well in a team.

    Great Phone Communication Skills.
