Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative & Customer Service Representative to support warehouse operations in San Marcos, TX.
Must have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working with warehouse management systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage daily workflows.
- Work with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably in a Customs Bonded Warehouse environment.
- Provide customer service support by handling inquiries and coordinating shipments.
- Assist with inventory tracking, planning, and scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Prior experience in warehouse administration or customer service.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, with experience in a Customs Bonded Warehouse preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
