Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
Oversee the organization’s daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Identify areas needing improvement and implement necessary changes to optimize workflows and outcomes.
Clinical Oversight
Collaborate with the Program Director and Clinical Leadership to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality ABA services.
Support the development and implementation of clinical protocols, policies, and training programs.
Human Resources and Talent Management
Oversee and manage the Human Resources, Staffing, and Compliance departments.
Lead recruitment efforts for both staff and clients, supporting onboarding and training processes.
Team Development and Management
Mentor and lead a diverse team of administrative and clinical staff to achieve organizational objectives.
Ensure effective training and development programs to maintain staff certifications and enhance competencies.
Financial and Billing Management
Oversee the Billing department to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims and reimbursements.
Monitor compliance with payor requirements and regulatory guidelines related to billing practices.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Oversee the Compliance department to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Maintain and improve quality assurance initiatives to exceed client expectations and meet performance benchmarks.
Client and Family Engagement
Maintain high client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and open communication.
Build connections through community outreach and networking to expand organizational visibility and impact.
Growth and Business Development
Identify opportunities to expand services, including new locations, partnerships, or program offerings.
Work with leadership to create and execute marketing and client acquisition strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (required).
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or therapy-related setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (required).
Experience managing staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, and working in an interdisciplinary team environment.
Knowledge of ABA therapy and its clinical practices, ideally within a clinical or educational setting.
Experience managing administrative functions such as human resources, scheduling, billing, insurance authorizations, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Familiarity with Central Reach and other administrative tools.
