PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator manages all aspects of automotive service operations, including parts inventory control, service scheduling, and maintenance coordination. This position requires extensive automotive industry experience, particularly in parts management and service writing.
Responsibilities
Manage comprehensive parts inventory system and vendor relationships
Process and schedule vehicle maintenance requests and inspections
Handle service documentation and repair tracking
Maintain detailed service records and mileage reports
Operate fleet maintenance software and QuickBooks
Processing automotive parts orders and inventory control
Technical Skills
Proven experience in automotive parts management and service writing
Strong understanding of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
QuickBooks expertise
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word)
Automotive service management systems
Inventory control systems
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 21 years of age.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
