    Job Description

    This position is for an Administrative Funeral Assistant to work at our location on Texas Blvd. in Texarkana, Texas. This position will report directly to the Funeral Home Manager and be responsible for assisting Funeral Directors with administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities

    Answering phones and assisting with funeral needs.

    Managing website and uploading obituaries online.

    Assist families with uploading pictures to tribute site and creating tribute videos for funeral service.

    Assisting with marketing functions throughout our community.

    Managing Social Media accounts for funeral homes.

This position is an hourly position with normal work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however occasional nights or weekends may be necessary to assist funeral directors if we are busy.
