    🕘 Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 💰 Salary: Based on experience

    We are seeking an Administrative & HR Specialist with 3 to 5 years of HR experience to join our team! If you're detail-oriented, professional, and a strong communicator, we want to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Handle HR tasks, including hiring new applicants and scheduling

    Manage scheduling and ensure smooth daily operations

    Provide excellent customer service

    Manage social media marketing efforts

    Handle invoice and billing tasks

    Use QuickBooks Online for financial tasks

    Work efficiently with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)

    Communicate effectively with staff and management

    Qualifications:

    ✔️ 3 to 5 years of HR experience ✔️ Experience with invoice and billing processes ✔️ Strong scheduling and organizational skills ✔️ Typing speed of 65+ WPM ✔️ Excellent customer service and communication skills ✔️ Patient, friendly, and professional demeanor ✔️ Experience with QuickBooks Online & Google Suite
