We're searching for a bilingual (English & Spanish) office assistant to provide administrative support, in the office NOT remote. You’ll be responsible for responding to all phone calls or in-person customers in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes. Responsibilities: • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner Compensation: $27,500+ DOE
