    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Intern to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to our staff while gaining valuable hands-on experience in office management and operations.

    We’re looking for a reliable, flexible, and adaptable candidate who thrives in a team-oriented environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administrative Support: * Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role. * Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. * Calendar management and scheduling in-person and virtual meetings for internal and external parties. * Assist with travel logistics for domestic and international travel. * Monitor office supplies to ensure the office is well stocked, and order supplies as needed. * Assist in the coordination of company events and meetings * Provide support on other projects assigned by manager.

    • Customer Service:

      • Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
      • Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
      • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
    • Requirements:

      • Experience in an office environment preferred.
      • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
      • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Adobe, and ability to quickly learn other software as needed.
      • Reliable transportation to and from the office, and ideally, the ability to run errands in your personal vehicle.

    Work Schedule:

    • Part-time role primarily in the afternoons, with flexible hours to accommodate school schedules.
    • Typically, 15-20 hours per week.
    • Office-based position in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
