    Position Summary:
    We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Administrative Manager, Department of Dentistry.

    In this role, the successful candidate Manages the operations of multiple practices. Responsible for managing practice staff policies and procedures and growth programs. Supports revenue cycle functions quality improvement and employee/patient satisfaction initiatives. Actively seeks to improve grow and expand practices.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manages daily operations of practices trains supervises and assists practice managers clinical managers and support staff.

    • Supports and assists Director in revenue cycle management to include ACD monitoring scheduling insurance verification charge capture. In addition, preparation monitoring and analysis of reports including budgets physician productivity metrics .

    • Responsible for business development of practices. Supports growth efforts and actively works with referring physicians to resolve issues and troubleshoot problems.

    • Works with Regional and Site Administration and Leadership to develop implement and oversee new programs.

    Leads special projects assigned by Director.

    • Supports EHR and other technical systems including upgrades and training.

    • Assists practices with raising morale staff recognition.

    • Assists Director with monitoring of compliance in practices.

    • Performs other duties assigned

    Minimum Qualifications:
    To qualify, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 6-8 years of Practice Management or relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of experience or and education. 1- 2 years supervisory or management experience. Excellent communication both written and oral, organizational, interpersonal leadership, analytical and problem solving. Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office applications Outlook Word and Excel.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field

    NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $77,258.68 - $116,511.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
