    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be in charge of coordinating the organization’s administration system's and general workflows. Your duties would include supervising staff, Interviewing and training new office employees, facilitating communication throughout the company and developing procedures to make a workplace more efficient.Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, delegating and participating in administrative tasks, planning meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

    Responsibilities

    Answering telephone calls, emails, and voicemails, from clients and vendors and directing them to relevant staff

    Hire and train other administrative staff as well as conduct performance reviews for all employees.

    Organize meetings and implementation of polices and procedures

    Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and company standards

    Opening and closing the office every day

    Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree, such as in business administration, which provides general business education.

    Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employees

    Must have a clean driving record within the past 7 years

    Flexibility to help adjust to new tasks should the company or office needs change

    Sense of Urgency

    Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly

    Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Quick Books is a plus.

    Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
