    Ideal Retirement Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Office & Events Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the continued growth of our firm and executing unforgettable client events. You will wear many hats, from managing event logistics to welcoming guests to our office, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external audiences. This role is required in person primarily at our Port Charlotte headquarters. Events will be held in venues throughout SWFL. You must be local and willing to be onsite to be considered for this opportunity. Responsibilities: Events: • Plan, coordinate, and execute client events (workshops, seminars, client events) to build relationships and promote our services • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, and attendee registration • Set up and break down event equipment • Develop engaging event content and presentations • Oversee event execution and ensure a smooth and successful experience for all attendees • Track and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI Other Duties: • Prepare office for prospect and client meetings • Maintain cleanliness and stock of office supplies • Assist with the creation of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, etc.) • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and financial services Qualifications: • Experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) • Experience in Data Entry and/or CRM management • Experience in Customer Service • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
