Position Description

You will serve as a Administrative Officer in the Air Wing I&I, EW Effects Product Director of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will work collaboratively with the Product Line Director, Technical Director, IPT leadership, and other senior leaders within NAWCWD as required
• You will work with the IPT Leads and various Competency managers to determine strategic personnel alignment to best support the programs
• You will advise command investment strategies for talent management and expertise development.
• You will work with the L1A BFM to determine the funds acceptance process and priorities across the AWII funding portfolio.
• You will provide contract management support across multiple IPT's.
• You will be responsible for building business processes and ensuring they are consistently followed throughout the Product Line.
