    Responsibilities

    Assist in the recruitment process

    Onboard new employees

    Create training materials and opportunities for understanding HR policies

    Administer compensation, reimbursements and benefits

    Educate employees on HR-related topics, including leaves and compensation

    Assist in performance management tasks

    Collect human resources data and provide summaries and reports to management

    Qualifications

    High school diploma (or GED), but bonus points for an HR or business degree!

    1-2 years of experience in HR or admin roles—if you know your way around HR systems, even better.

    A people-first attitude, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

    A data friendly mind, with excellent Google Sheet and Microsoft Excel skills.

    Tech-savviness with all Microsoft programs, Quickbooks, Google Suite.

    A natural knack for handling sensitive info with grace and confidentiality.

    Previous experience in HR, not required but a plus!

    Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

    Strong verbal and written communication skills
