    We're searching for a part-time, diligent office assistant to provide administrative support for our small, busy law firm. You’ll be responsible for office management including payroll, billing, banking, and some legal administration. The candidate will also coordinate firm business including insurance, marketing/advertising, and other office operations as needed. Applicants should be extremely thorough, organized and possess excellent communication skills. The position is 15-20 hours per week with the opportunity to increase hours, if preferred. Comply with payroll requirements for 401k, UI benefits, PFML and other payroll duties as needed • Track receivables in Clio software. Make deposits, prepare daily banking activity memo • Coordinate monthly billing process • Facilitate firm management of insurance, advertising, marketing and other operations as needed • Perform some legal assistance • Perform administrative duties including managing mail, printing, scanning, filing Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Able to work independently and with co-workers to complete assignments Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
