You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Responsibilities: • Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility • Purchase office equipment when appropriate • Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner • Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity Qualifications: • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
