    As an administrative, sales, and general assistant of the Company, the Employee shall provide the following Services to the Company:  Support existing and future business operations of the Company as determined by the Company’s chief executive officer and managing partner.  Perform administrative task for and on behalf of the Company at the instruction of the Company’s chief executive officer and managing partner. Such task includes but not limited to:

    Managing Schedules and Appointments

    Handling internal/external communications with staff, clients, partners etc.

    Organizing Documents

    Preparing Reports and Presentations

    Managing Office Supplies

    Coordinating Travel Arrangements

    Driving Required

    Report to Sales Team and Regional Director

    Part Time with potential for Full-Time

    10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday-Friday

    Potential for extra hours as needed
