We are looking for someone to help us manage our busy landscaping office and oversee inbound calls, inbound leads, scheduling, and procurement for our jobs. Our ideal candidate has 3 years of administration support experience and a firm grasp of the landscape industry's best practices. Responsibilities: • Carry out cash management, billing activities, and payroll tasks - prepare invoices, subcontracts, work orders, change orders, purchase orders, and punch lists • Assist construction project managers to estimate and adhere to proper budgets, create project schedules, and communicate project updates • Ensure that the contract document requirements are met throughout the construction experience by overseeing the construction contract administration and submittal log processes • Document accurate job information sheets, work logs of construction activities, and project team rosters • Standardize quality control process measures to ensure contracts, building, and code regulations are complied with • Compile the closeout package including warranties, maintenance agreements, equipment information, and contractor contact information Qualifications: • Some college highly desired, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required • Three years of experience in construction services, construction administrative support, contract administration, or construction project management is needed • Understanding of the construction industry and processes are beneficial- including codes, AIA documentation, and safety regulations • Key bookkeeping, accounting, and math skills are preferred • Exceptional time management, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills are needed Compensation: $55,000 - $62,000
