Administrative Support Assistant I-IV (Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force)
Job Description
ISN Corp is seeking administrative support assistants to support the operations of an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) program.
Functional Responsibilities: Serves as one of a staff of Office Support Assistants and, as such, performs or assists with work, as assigned, from the following list of administrative/clerical specialties:
* Correspondence, Files, and Reports: Drafts correspondence; ensures proper grammar and adherence to style requirements. Routes correspondence to the proper individual or responds directly, as assigned, and files copies in accordance with established procedures. Assists OCDETF with FOIA requests for the Section.
* Human Resources Administration: Assists or performs timekeeper duties, as assigned. Assists leave audits. Files and distributes copies of documents and forms in accordance with federal regulations, Department, and Office policies.
Qualifications
**** Ability to type in excess of 40 words per minute.
Ability to utilize a computer for purposes of drafting and editing correspondence.
Experience in maintaining office supplies and equipment inventories.
Ability to develop, process, store, retrieve, handle, and dispose of official documents.
Experience in supporting travel of federal employees.
Expert in Federal Travel Regulations, 41 CFR 300-304.
Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
Administrative Support Assistant IV requires a TS clearance when performance starts
Education:
Administrative Support I- associate's degree or 2 years' experience
Administrative Support II-Bachelor's degree or 4 years' experience
Administrative Support III- Bachelor's degree and 8 years' experience or Master's degree and 4 years' experience
Administrative Support IV- Bachelor's degree and 10 years' experience or Master's degree and 6 years' experience
