Well established, CPA firm in Torrance is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper
24 hours per week, and Saturdays during the peak season (Feb 1st – April 15Th).
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30a.m.-5:00p.m. Schedule is flexible.
Knowledge of Software: *QuickBooks software, desktop and online is essential *Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/Outlook *Google Suite *Docusign *Lacerte is a plus
The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, be a team player, demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills and attention to detail, and be able to multi-task.
Previous CPA office experience preferred
