    The Administrator ensures quality and safe delivery of home health care services; coordinates services that reflect the Agency’s mission, values, and standards of care plans; plans, develops, implements and evaluates Agency’s services, programs and activities and is responsible for all the day-to-day operations of the agency.

    What you’ll be doing:

    Organize and direct the Agency’s ongoing liaison among the Governing Body and staff.

    Employ qualified personnel and ensure adequate staff education and evaluations.

    Assist in ensuring smooth daily operations, including personnel management, scheduling, and quality and compliance adherence with local, state, and agency regulations and policies.

    Implement an effective budgeting and accounting system; assures accuracy for billing procedures.

    Share mission and values with all employees.

    Knowledgeable of State, Federal, local rules and regulations. Title XXII standards and accreditation regulations for the delivery of home health services.

    Two (2) years supervisory experience in Home Health.

    Access to reliable transportation.

    Strong organizational, planning, problem solving, decision-making and leadership skills required.

    Familiar with Medicare regulations & OASIS

    Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Michigan
