About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Director of Operations/Administrator of Home Care to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple departments, ensuring smooth agency operations while maintaining high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should be energetic, passionate about home care, and eager to assist in growing the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all daily agency operations (excluding billing and payroll).
- Supervise four department heads (HR, Recruitment, Main Office Operations, and Director of Nursing).
- Ensure efficient intake, coordination, and staffing processes to support patient growth.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and support business development efforts.
- Conduct weekly site visits to NJ locations to ensure smooth operations.
- Foster a culture of efficiency, accountability, and growth within the agency.
