Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $100,000+
• Bonus Potential over $10,000 – involvement in growth

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday Schedule
• Census > 20 - Growing
• EMR Kinser / Wellsky
• Organize and coordinate admission, nursing and patient care procedures
• On-call rotating once or twice a month
• Administrative / DON role

Requirements

• Clear and Active Texas Licensure
• Medicare Home Health Experience
• Leadership Experience in Home Health or Hospice
• OASIS Knowledge
