In this engaging position, you’ll collaborate with the Executive Director, Head of School, and a lead administrative assistant to ensure the smooth operation of our school. Whether you’re helping parents navigate their questions, supporting fellow faculty members, or contributing to a warm and joyful learning atmosphere, your contributions will be at the heart of our community.

This part-time position is up to 15 hours per week. The role begins in March 2025 with an option to continue in the 2025-2026 school year.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who:
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree and has experience in administrative roles, preferably in education.
Builds positive, professional relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
Is organized, adaptable, and ready to contribute where needed.
Demonstrates enthusiasm for supporting middle school students’ academic and social-emotional growth.
Has bilingual skills in English/Spanish (preferred but not required).
