Job Summary
We are seeking a Full Time or Part Time Support Specialist to join our team in our Elmwood office. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In this role, you will communicate with our customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly and computer savvy.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails
Identify the customers' needs, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships
Document all interactions
Attend training to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience in Administrative roles or Customer Service is preferred
Comfortable using computers and customer management software
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Must be able to type accurately and efficiently
Understanding of active listening techniques
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
