Job Description
A large private uniform security business is looking for an experienced Security Account Manager with a proven record of success managing security officers at large accounts. The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, innovative, possesses excellent customer service and employee relations skills. This candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage their business unit efficiently and profitably.
Responsibilities:
- ENSURE CONTRACT DELIVERABLES ARE MET.
- Responsible for successful client relations
- Ensure accounts are managed EFFICIENTLY and PROFITABLY.
- Assure site employees are properly trained.
- Manage the payroll process.
- Maintain appropriate account files (i.e. personnel, operations and training)
- Address disciplinary problems and work with HR to investigate any issues.

Qualifications:
- MUST BE FLEXIBLE AS POSITION IS ON CALL 24 HOURS A DAY, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK.
- Must have at least 2 years of security management experience or experience in a related field. A College degree is preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong employee relations background
- Must be able to multitask
- Experience managing a sizable budget
- Possess a background in employee recruitment
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office products and be able to operate and maintain site specific security programs.
- Position requires working inside and occasionally outside in varying temperatures.
- Position requires standing for prolonged periods of time, walking, bending and some lifting. Position may require long periods of time in front of a computer.
