Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Admissions Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, enjoys helping customers, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Send quotes and invoices using our system
Purchase blank apparel from vendors based on order needs
Follow up with customers regarding orders, artwork, and approvals
Assist with managing customer accounts and maintaining order records
Support general office tasks and provide updates to the production team
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer service or administrative experience preferred
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic invoicing tools
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Experience in the screen printing or apparel industry is a bonus
