This position acts as the primary point of contact for prospective residents amp; their family members by reviewing applications, answering inquiries, conducting tours, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

- Keeps track of all referrals amp; ensures all team members have reviewed and approved prior to admission

-Keeps referring hospitals up to date on status of referral

-Communicates with team members in a timely manner regarding room assignments for new admissions and room moves for long term residents

-Completes daily census

-Others duties as assigned
