    Job purpose:

    The College Admissions Manager oversees the admissions process, ensuring it aligns with institutional goals, policies, and enrollment strategies. This role involves managing the admissions team, developing recruitment initiatives, and creating an efficient and welcoming application process. The Admissions Manager serves as a key contact point for prospective students and collaborates with other departments to meet enrollment objectives. The admissions Manager will also work as an Admissions representative.

    Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

    Manage the daily operations of the admissions office, ensuring timely processing of applications and communication with applicants.

    Evaluate and update admissions policies and procedures in compliance with institutional goals and industry standards.

    Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and qualified applicant pool.

    Coordinate and attend recruitment events, including open houses, college fairs, and campus tours.

    Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other feeder institutions.

    Supervise and provide training for the admissions team, ensuring high performance and professionalism.

    Monitor team progress toward enrollment goals and provide regular performance feedback.

    Oversee the use of admissions software and databases to track applications, student records, and enrollment metrics.

    Analyze and report enrollment data to senior leadership, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

    Partner with financial aid, academic departments, and student services to ensure a seamless enrollment process.

    Work with marketing and communications personnel to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

    Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families, providing guidance throughout the application process.

    Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to admissions.

    Special projects as requested.

    Other duties as assigned.
