We are seeking an Admissions Representative to be responsible for outreach, recruitment, and admission of students to online educational programs. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to build relationships with prospective students, colleagues, and external partners. 100% WFH, 8-5 M-F Central Time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, business, marketing)
• 1- 2 years of experience in admissions, sales, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Ability to make 80+ outbound sales calls per day
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in education admissions or outbound calling inside sales role
• Experience in cold-calling, outreach, or sales
• Familiarity with higher education regulations and accreditation standards
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
