    Remote Inside Sales Representative / High Outbound Calling Daily

    We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Inside Sales Representative for a full-time, 100% remote position within Higher Education. The Inside Sales Representative will focus on outbound calling to engage potential students and drive sales. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, and passionate about achieving sales goals in a remote environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct high volumes of outbound calls (80-100) daily to generate interest and close sales.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students (consultative sales).
    • Effectively communicate program offerings and benefits to meet student needs.
    • Meet or exceed established sales KPIs and performance targets.
    • Accurately record and track sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Adapt to changing priorities and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
    • 1+ year of experience in outbound calling, inside sales, admissions representative, or similar roles.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales performance metrics.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Multilingual abilities (a plus but not required).
