Remote Inside Sales Representative / High Outbound Calling Daily
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Inside Sales Representative for a full-time, 100% remote position within Higher Education. The Inside Sales Representative will focus on outbound calling to engage potential students and drive sales. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, and passionate about achieving sales goals in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high volumes of outbound calls (80-100) daily to generate interest and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students (consultative sales).
- Effectively communicate program offerings and benefits to meet student needs.
- Meet or exceed established sales KPIs and performance targets.
- Accurately record and track sales activities in the CRM system.
- Adapt to changing priorities and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 1+ year of experience in outbound calling, inside sales, admissions representative, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Multilingual abilities (a plus but not required).
