    JourneyTeam is looking for a Change Manager (Adoption Specialist). As a Change Manager/Adoption Specialist at JourneyTeam, your primary responsibility is to ensure the successful engagement, adoption, and usage of Microsoft solutions for our clients. This individual will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology. You will be an integral part of project teams and work directly with stakeholders, sponsors, and project team members to drive effective change management strategies and practices.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate definition of project success and document a flag plant.
    • Monitor progress against defined success measures to maximize delivered customer impact.
    • Demonstrate the value of change management, maximizing and measuring the value delivered to each customer.
    • Responsible for initiating conversations around adoption and change management, developing a plan for engagement, adoption, and usage.
    • Implement adoption and change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption, minimize resistance and enable achievement of successful project outcomes.
    • Create, monitor and improve upon success and adoption measures.
    • Integrate adoption and change management activities into the overall project delivery methodology based on the JourneyTeam Adoption & Change Management Framework (ACM Framework) in partnership with Project Managers.
    • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
    • Create Change Management plans (Success, Sponsor, People Manager, Communications, Training) and other assets to execute plans.
    • Manage billable hours and time entry daily, with an expectation of achieving and maintaining 70% customer engagement rate (CER) within 90 days.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and project team members. Provide coaching and support to internal and external project stakeholders at all levels.
    • Partner with project managers to determine key milestones within projects.
    • Define different roles and responsibilities within the project delivery as they relate to adoption.
    • Contribute to the development of the JourneyTeam Adoption & Change Management Framework and team.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience implementing adoption and change management for products and technologies.
    • Strong understanding of adoption, Organizational Change, and Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
    • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
    • Ability to work effectively in a professional services (consulting) environment.
    • Certification in a recognized change management methodology (Prosci is the basis of our ACM Framework), a plus.
    • Demonstrate technical aptitude.

    First Year:

    Here at JourneyTeam, we care about our employees’ growth. This is what success looks like in your first year:

    30-Days:

    • Gain an understanding of the company’s culture, values, and strategic objectives.
    • Familiarize oneself with ongoing projects, Microsoft technologies implemented, and key stakeholders to build relationships, give feedback and see our delivery methodology in action.
    • Engage with initial customers to start gaining momentum in driving adoption and change for projects.
    • Conduct initial assessments of change readiness and identify areas of improvement for a project.
    • Establish communication with project teams and business leaders.
    • Communicate needs related to onboarding, role and project assignments.
    • Review ACM Framework and engage with project teams and stakeholders.
    • Run project(s) as the Change Manager to ensure successful adoption and engagement.

    6-Months:

    • Facilitate adoption and change activities in projects, gaining exposure to at least 2 of the technologies implemented at JourneyTeam.
    • Represent the ACM team internally and help educate peers on how to work with and what to expect from ACM team members
    • Provide insights and feedback on current ACM Framework.
    • Engage with customers that are larger or whose projects have increased complexity.
    • Shadow pre-sales resources on pre-sales process providing feedback when necessary.
    • Consistently achieve 70% customer engagement rate (CER).

    1-Year:

    • Revise ACM Framework based project experience.
    • Engage in pre-sales activities to sell ACM projects or projects with ACM included.
    • Support onboarding of new ACM team members and organizational education on ACM.
    • Build pricing model for small, medium, and large projects.
    • Consistently achieve 75% customer engagement rate (CER).

    Compensation:

    $80,000 - $100,000 annual salary, dependent on experience and demonstrated consulting abilities.
