    Centerview Health is a primary care practice that serves patients throughout New Jersey. We have an opportunity for an adult nurse practitioner, family nurse practitioner, or adult-gerontology nurse practitioner to join one of our practice locations in Toms River, NJ. We are looking for motivated and committed providers to join us. We offer a competitive salary and benefit packages. We have part-time and full-time positions available. Responsibilities: The duties include, but are not limited to: • Disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery • Treatment of acute illnesses • Treatment of acute injuries • Prescribes and administers medications, performs routine vaccinations, and provides advice regarding personal health and hygiene • Requests necessary tests and follow-up visits and refers patients to specialists, as necessary • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals • Performs a variety of tasks • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected • Provides direction to both clinical and reception support staff • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Qualifications: Required Qualifications: • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey • Active DEA license • BLS and ACLS certification • Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team • Patient-focused and committed to providing outstanding and compassionate care and service to all patients and families • Strong computer skills and EMR knowledge Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 yearly
