Training & development

Collaborate with Advanced Swim Program coaches to develop and improve training for Advanced Swim Program Coaches

Oversee and supervise Advanced Swim Program skills progress and reporting

Lead continuous improvement of Advanced Swim Program content and procedures

Follow implementation plans for any improvements

Hold Monthly Team Check-ins with Coaches to gather feedback and brainstorm improvements

Coordinate 2 Mock Swim Meets per scheduling session

Coordinate with family members via Jackrabbit communication

Coordinate with team members and collaborate on swim meet organization

Weekly management check-ins with Leadership team to communicate wins and concerns and keeping up to date with daily and weekly WSA operations

$19-25/hour based on experience

Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school.
