Advanced Aesthetician – Beau Luxe Beauty

Location: Grants Pass, OR

Position Type: Part-Time (1-3 days weekly, 1 Saturday per month)

Beau Luxe Beauty, a premier full-service med spa in Southern Oregon, is looking for a passionate and skilled Advanced Aesthetician to join our team. We specialize in cutting-edge aesthetic treatments and are committed to excellence in patient care, office culture, and business growth.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in advanced aesthetics, with a strong focus on client-centered treatment planning. This role requires expertise in esthetic procedures, a passion for the beauty industry, and the ability to build strong client relationships. Our perfect candidate is highly motivated, a team player, and dedicated to professional growth within a dynamic med spa environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform esthetic treatments, including facials, skin treatments, and waxing. Experience with lashes is a plus.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding concerns and creating tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain high customer service standards and ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Create social media content to promote services and engage potential clients.
• Manage inventory and assist in department organization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Support laser department operations and collaborate with ownership.
• Achieve personal and business sales goals.
• Provide professional consultations and educate patients on recommended treatments and products.

Requirements:

• Valid Oregon Esthetician License with at least 1 year of experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills and client relationship-building abilities.
