The Advanced Dental Therapist-Part Time leads Ready, Set, Smile school-based clinics by promoting general oral health, completing exams, and carrying out preventive, and most importantly, minimally invasive treatment using SDF, and Interim Therapeutic Restorations. The Advanced Dental Therapist oversees other providers, teaches dental and dental therapy students from the U of M- School of Dentistry and makes triage decisions for referrals. The clinic schedule will be set, working with the Part Time ADT, in August. The clinics run from 2-6 hours and take place at childcare centers and schools (grades K-8) across the Twin Cities.

This ADT will back up our full-time ADT, working one or two days a week during our busy seasons (fall and spring). This will start in September 2025. The person who gets this position can pick one or two days a week (not Mondays) that they would like to work, and then we will schedule events.
