AMT IS HIRING FIELD MANAGERS FOR POLITICAL CAMPAIGNS IN MULTIPLE STATES ACROSS THE NATION!
THIS POSITION REQUIRES TRAVEL.
MUST HAVE A CURRENT DRIVER’S LICENSE, PROOF OF INSURANCE AND A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
THIS ROLE REQUIRES AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE LEADING TEAMS OF CANVASSERS IN THE FIELD.
THIS ROLE REQUIRES THE WILLINGNESS TO CANVASS ALONGSIDE YOUR TEAMMATES.

OUR FIELD PHILOSOPHY
We believe if you want to know what voters think…. Just ask them! Our staff spends a full day in the field canvassing. We work in teams of 2-4. We work together, learn together and often live on the road together.
We believe in studying – our candidates, the issues, and the news.
We believe in listening – we conduct interviews with voters and write 1-2 sentence recaps for every single interview.
We believe in excellent reports that illuminate the needs and hopes of the American voter.
We believe the most important work on any campaign happens in the field.
KEY DUTIES
Strategic turf planning.
Managing teams while also canvassing yourself
Producing quality insightful reports for our clients and detailed internal quality control reports for our team.
Making smart personnel decisions in a meritocracy.
Supervising the training and professional development of staff.
REQUIREMENTS
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: Candidates for this position should have experience working in the field for campaigns.
DEMONSTRATED SUCCESSFUL LEADERSHIP: Kind, focused leaders who can motivate our staff and keep projects on task.
Positivity is important!
ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Ability to pay attention to high level goals and monitor progress at the doors.
EXCELLENT WRITING SKILLS: Candidates must demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively.
HIGH LEVEL OF ENDURANCE: Candidates must have a work history that demonstrates their capacity for work. These are campaign hours.

COMPENSATION
Salary: $4500-$6000
AMT pays 100% of health and dental insurance premiums for all employees after 90 consecutive days of employment at no cost to employees.
Travel and lodging are paid for by the company. Personal vehicle stipend is $30/day.

We are currently hiring Petitioners, Canvassers, Team Leaders and Project Managers for projects nationwide. Previous canvassing, sales or customer service experience is appreciated but not required. We will train the right candidates. Our staff come from diverse professional backgrounds, and many have worked with AMT for over 5 years.
