DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS (PRACTICE INTEGRATION), ADVANTIA HEALTH
LOCATION: ROSSLYN, ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA
The Director of Business Operations (Practice Integration) will be responsible for working closely with newly acquired practices at Advantia Health. The Director of Business Operations (Practice Integration) will be responsible for managing practice integration that will include coordinating accounting, financial, HR and operational onboarding onto Advantia Health platforms. They will also be responsible for growth management, and process improvement across wholly owned subsidiaries of Advantia Health. Director, Business Operations (Practice Integration) will be responsible for taking on and progressing key projects that span across the organization, including support operations, issue management, self-service customer resources, and intra-team workflows.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
- Lead Practice Integration onto Advantia Health platform after acquisition. Practice Integration Functions to include coordination with various Holdings teams such as Accounts, Finance, HR, Practice Operations to put together a systematic onboarding plan for the practice
- Lead timely integration of all Practice Functions onto Advantia Health platform allowing implementation of Woman’s Health Hub programs such as in-office ancillaries, new office expansion, provider growth etc.
- Leverage data and metrics to analyze opportunities, identify priorities, and measure improvements as available through cloud-based solutions such as Tableau and Intacct
- Implement technology enabled performance management tools such as Tableau, or other customer experience and physician productivity enhancement tools across Advantia’s practices
- Build process documentation and best practices for Advantia’s Woman’s Health Hub model, then empower team leads to execute playbook
- Lead problem solving at Practices by diving into new problems, deconstructing the issue, then building a sustainable plan to improve the area going forward
- Lead projects and initiatives with teams across the company on their key processes or areas of improvement
- Work and collaborate with other organizational leaders, physician managers on key operational issues
- Proactively identify and develop solutions for key areas of opportunity across practices under management, that help the development of Advantia’s Woman’s Health Hub Model
- Identify bottlenecks through the onboarding process, within and across teams, then build process and systems to remove them
- Work in close collaboration with other core teams at Advantia Holdings such as Clinical Operations and Finance
- Develop customer and executive facing presentations on projects to generate buy-in and enthusiasm within teams, and streamline communication across various key stakeholders
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA (Healthcare Management) preferred
- 4 - 6 years of experience in healthcare management, management consulting, practice management
- Process and systems oriented, able to build process from scratch (flowcharts, documentation, etc.)
- Analytically driven - able to listen and use data to understand issues and priorities
- Ability to understand tools and technology easily, and then implement them with teams
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle disparate tasks simultaneously
- Willing to work hard and smart, loves a new challenge.
- Able to collaboratively work across teams
