DIRECT HIRE | HR SUPERVISOR | Dekalb, IL

Great team, hands-on HR Supervisory position for a manufacturer in the Dekalb, IL area.  Previous experience with union employees is a plus.

• The HR Supervisor will oversee employee benefit plans and employee relations
• This includes safety reporting, drug testing, policy and procedure implementation, contract administration support, and more.
• Coordinate recruitment and placement efforts, assist with HR law compliance, and maintain HR records and files.
• 80% clerical/administrative, 20% interacting with employees, assisting managers, etc.

Compensation:

• Anticipate $55-$65K dependent on previous experience
• Non-exempt salaried position, OT possible (5-10 hours per week)
• Full suite of benefits, PTO, Holiday

Needed:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing setting a plus
• HR experience with union environments is a plus
• Strong communication (speak in front of large groups)
• Conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• No travel required
