Our Outdoor Adventure program is all about taking campers beyond their comfort zones, providing a safe space to embrace challenges and create lasting memories. If you're passionate about the outdoors and have a background in adventure activities, we want you to join our team.

Adventure activities you’ll lead include high and low ropes courses, rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, fire building, outdoor cooking and more.

• Develop engaging, age-specific adventure programs.
• Ensure the care and maintenance of equipment.
• Prioritize camper safety and well-being.

This position offers a unique experience and learning opportunity, particularly for those looking to pursue careers in the outdoor adventure or environmental education industries.

In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a travel stipend, room and board, and laundry service. Internship credit is also available.

We also offer training and certification to all adventure specialists.

Camp Mah-Kee-Nac is a traditional, seven-week overnight all-boys camp located in the Berkshire Mountains of Lenox, Massachusetts. We offer high-quality programming in athletics, adventure, waterfront, and creative & media arts.
