We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advertising Assistant to support our marketing and advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in campaign development, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure that all advertising efforts align with company objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing advertising campaigns
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences
Manage and update advertising materials, including brochures and promotional content
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns
Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement
Maintain accurate records of advertising expenses and budgets
Support the creation of presentations and reports for internal and client meetings
Ensure all advertising materials comply with brand guidelines and company standards
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred
