We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advertising Coordinator to join our growing team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns. This role requires excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a strong understanding of advertising processes.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and coordination of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure campaign consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
Manage advertising schedules and ensure deadlines are met
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and budget usage
Maintain relationships with media vendors and partners
Prepare presentations and materials for internal and client meetings
Monitor industry trends and assist in identifying new advertising opportunities
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in advertising coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Familiarity with ad tracking and reporting tools is a plus
