We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Advertising Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will assist in the development, planning, and execution of advertising campaigns while ensuring all materials align with brand objectives. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for advertising and project coordination.
Responsibilities
Coordinate advertising campaigns from concept through execution
Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of advertising materials
Maintain schedules, media plans, and timelines for multiple projects
Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management
Support the creative team in reviewing ad materials and ensuring quality standards
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform advertising strategies
Assist in budgeting and invoice tracking related to advertising expenses
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing role preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
