Messa Sync is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Advertising Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating advertising campaigns, ensuring that all aspects of the campaigns run smoothly, and delivering results that align with client expectations. You will work closely with our marketing team to implement strategies and help drive brand visibility for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the development and execution of advertising campaigns
Work with the creative team to develop and produce advertising materials
Manage project timelines and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule
Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising needs and objectives
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary
Track budgets and ensure campaigns stay within financial parameters
Conduct market research to identify advertising opportunities
Prepare and present performance reports to clients and management
Assist in the development of media plans and strategies
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Advertising Coordinator or in a similar role
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advertising software
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A creative and innovative mindset
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred
