    Job Summary

    We are seeking a results-driven Advertising Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth through OOH advertising sales. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with proven ability to execute effective sales strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Sales Strategy: Implement comprehensive strategies to exceed revenue targets while maximizing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

    2. Client Solutions: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their advertising needs and delivering tailored solutions.

    3. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies.

    4. Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our advertising products and services, effectively communicating their value proposition.

    5. Deal Management: Negotiate and close mutually beneficial contracts while maintaining accurate sales records and activity reports.

    6. Campaign Excellence: Support campaign management teams to ensure effective execution and achievement of client objectives.

    7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

    8. Professional Growth: Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

    Required Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field, or alternatively, 5 years of experience in media sales.

    2. Minimum 3 years of advertising sales experience with proven success in meeting targets.

    3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and sales tracking software.

    6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.

    7. Occasional travel availability for client meetings and industry events.

    8. Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle.

    Optional Qualifications

    The following qualification is preferred but not required:

    • Certification in advertising sales or a related field (e.g., Certified Advertising Sales Executive (CASE))

    Compensation

    This position offers a base salary plus commission structure, with total compensation ranging from $60,000 to $100,000+ annually, depending on media sales experience. Earning potential is uncapped and directly tied to sales performance.
